Employees are tending to do their personal work when they are at work. They may think that no one watching them when they are doing their personal work such as chatting, watching videos, sending personal emails and doing may other things, but actually they are wrong, their internet usage is regularly monitored by their employers.You need to be very careful and visit only work related websites at workplace. Because almost all companies have software with which they can check the internet history, they can also check what type of websites you visited.
Furthermore, employees also need to be careful about what are they surfing on internet when they are home. Because there are many other things which can get you fired from your job such as:-
- Picking fights online with other employees.
- Publicly looking for another job online.
- Saying something bad about the company or employer of the company.
- Posting something on any website which employer does not like.
- Violating company's policy.
